Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Design Operations Manager and team members to bring creative visions to life. You will work across all project stages, from concept to completion, ensuring that our high standards are met at every step. This role requires someone with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for innovative design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the design team to develop creative and functional design solutions that meet client needs.
  • Assist in preparing detailed design documents, drawings, and presentations using Revit and other design software.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth execution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies to continuously improve our offerings.
  • Manage timelines and deadlines efficiently, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Present design concepts and ideas to clients, ensuring they understand and feel confident in the project direction.
  • Support the Design Operations Manager in streamlining processes and improving project efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior design, with a solid understanding of design processes and project coordination.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential, along with strong skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all design aspects meet high-quality standards.
  • A passion for design and innovation, with the ability to stay current on industry trends.
