We saw an industry where renovating a single community meant hiring a designer, then a project manager, then a furniture vendor, then a procurement team, then an installer. Five vendors. Five timelines. Five chances for something to fall through the cracks. And it usually did.
So we built a company where all of it lives under one roof. Interior design. Project management. Furniture manufacturing. Procurement. Installation. Not as separate departments passing work back and forth, but as one integrated team delivering one seamless experience.
