Discovery &
Budget

We start on site. We walk your building with ownership, regional directors, executive directors, and maintenance teams, each with their own set of questions, because the person running the dining program sees different problems than the person managing the roof.

We photograph everything, assess programming needs, and offer consultative recommendations: turning tired rooms into thriving spaces, moving existing inventory to stretch dollars further, making first impressions count where it matters most.

Then we come back to the studio and build a line item budget, room by room, with everything prioritized into must do, should do, and nice to have. You approve with full visibility before design begins.

Design &
Specification

Once the budget is approved, we Matterport your building so our design team can walk every space virtually from our studio. We build it out in Revit 3D, present the interior design plan for approval, and move into full specifications.

Every finish, every fixture, every piece of furniture is selected, specified, and pricedbefore a single order is placed. We're the manufacturer, so what you see in the design is exactly what gets built. No middlemen. No substitutions.

Build, Install &
Follow Through

Orders are placed, trades are hired, and everything is tracked in real time on our Project·IQ platform: budget vs. actual spend, variance by category, project milestones, weekly progress reports, and tasks required on your side. All in one place.

We manage the trades on site, install the millwork and furniture, style the space, and do a professional photo shoot. Then we do a post project review, check in at 30 days, and again at 90 days to make sure everything is performing the way it should.
