We start on site. We walk your building with ownership, regional directors, executive directors, and maintenance teams, each with their own set of questions, because the person running the dining program sees different problems than the person managing the roof.
We photograph everything, assess programming needs, and offer consultative recommendations: turning tired rooms into thriving spaces, moving existing inventory to stretch dollars further, making first impressions count where it matters most.
Then we come back to the studio and build a line item budget, room by room, with everything prioritized into must do, should do, and nice to have. You approve with full visibility before design begins.
